1. Services Overview

Legacy Row Imaging provides administrative coordination services that facilitate the scheduling of diagnostic imaging appointments with independent third-party imaging facilities.

We are strictly a non-clinical, non-medical administrative service provider. We do not:

  • Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Perform imaging or interpret medical results
  • Operate as a healthcare provider or medical facility

All medical services are provided exclusively by licensed third-party providers.

2. Nature of Transaction

All payments made to Legacy Row Imaging are strictly for administrative coordination and scheduling services, including but not limited to appointment coordination, intake processing, and communication facilitation.

Payments do not represent payment for medical services, imaging procedures, or clinical care.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have a valid physician’s order when required by the imaging facility

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

4. Service Fulfillment

Upon successful payment:

  • We will initiate coordination with a third-party imaging facility
  • Appointment scheduling will typically be confirmed within 24–72 hours
  • Final appointment times are subject to third-party provider availability

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or its partners.

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount.

We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

In general:

  • Refunds may be issued based on cancellation timing
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refund
  • Administrative fees may be non-refundable

All refund determinations are final unless otherwise required by law.

7. Third-Party Providers

All imaging services are provided by independent third-party facilities and licensed professionals.

Legacy Row Imaging:

  • Does not control medical outcomes or provider actions
  • Is not liable for delays, errors, cancellations, or service quality of third-party providers
  • Acts solely as a coordination intermediary

8. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice. All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Follow all instructions provided by imaging facilities
  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide timely notice of cancellation
  • Ensure compliance with any medical prerequisites required by the facility

10. Communications Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications via:

  • Email
  • SMS/text messaging
  • Phone calls

These may include appointment confirmations, updates, and service notifications. Standard carrier charges may apply.

11. Data Handling

We handle personal and protected health information in accordance with applicable laws, including HIPAA.

We:

  • Only share information with necessary third-party providers
  • Follow the Minimum Necessary standard
  • Do not sell or monetize personal health data

12. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user data, including encrypted transmission and secure infrastructure via third-party processors such as Stripe.

No system is 100% secure.

13. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Misuse the service for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to interfere with system operations or security

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Legacy Row Imaging shall not be liable for any:

  • Medical outcomes or clinical decisions
  • Actions or omissions of third-party providers
  • Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

15. Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Availability of appointments
  • Outcomes of imaging services
  • Timing of third-party provider fulfillment

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

16. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access at any time
  • Refuse service for any reason, including suspected misuse or fraud

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, waiving the right to participate in class actions.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Emergency Disclaimer

This service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
