Company: Legacy Row Imaging
1. Nature of Purchase
All payments made to Legacy Row Imaging are for administrative coordination and scheduling services related to diagnostic imaging appointments provided by independent third-party facilities.
Fees do not represent payment for medical services, imaging procedures, or clinical care.
2. Service Initiation
Administrative coordination begins immediately upon successful payment. This includes intake processing, scheduling coordination, and communication with third-party imaging facilities.
Because services begin immediately, portions of the fee may be considered earned at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellations
If a customer cancels prior to appointment completion:
- Eligible amounts may be issued as a non-transferable account credit for future services
- Credits may be used solely for future imaging coordination services with Legacy Row Imaging
- Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law
4. Rescheduling Policy
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
- Timely rescheduling: no penalty
- Late notice or missed appointments: may result in third-party facility fees (including no-show or cancellation fees), which are the responsibility of the customer
5. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Verified billing or processing errors attributable to Legacy Row Imaging
Where a refund is approved, any amount refunded may be reduced by an administrative service fee (up to $150) representing coordination services already performed.
6. Third-Party Services
Legacy Row Imaging does not control, operate, or provide medical services. All imaging services are performed by independent third-party providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Provider availability
- Medical outcomes
- Facility delays or cancellations
- Charges imposed directly by third-party providers
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact Legacy Row Imaging prior to initiating a payment dispute.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns directly.
If a dispute is filed through a payment processor such as Stripe or a financing provider (including Afterpay or similar services), we may provide transaction records, service logs, and communication history to the payment provider for review.
8. Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the nature of the service
- You agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy
- You authorize immediate commencement of services upon payment
